Our beautiful guesthouse Svitan is located in the heart of Keflavik, only 5 minutes away from Keflavik airport by car.
The house is small and cozy with 4 rooms, one with a privat bathroom, one master bedroom, 2 smaller bedrooms and a living room with a sofas, chairs and a broadband TV.
There is a nice kitchen in the house with household utensils including tables, chairs, a stove, a refrigerator, and other appliances and kitchen utensils.
There is a parking spot outside and wireless internet is in the house.
The house was once used as a sign factory. We just finished a huge project where the whole house has gone thorough renovation. The floor and the bathroom is new and everything is freshly painted.
The house is within walking distance to shops, movies, restaurants, museums, water park (which is a pool with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and hot Jacuzzis) Blue lagoon is only 20 minute drive a way. The capital Reykjavik is 35min driving from the house.
